Role Description
Strategic HR Advisors is seeking a part-time contract Marketing & Design Coordinator to support branding, event materials, presentations, and content development for The Breakthrough Collective™ and related leadership experiences.
This is a flexible 1099 contract position, primarily remote, with occasional in-person support for events or project collaboration in the Cincinnati area.
This flexible contract role is ideal for someone who enjoys creative work, polished business branding, and supporting purpose-driven events and experiences. Most work can be completed remotely, with occasional in-person support for events in the Cincinnati area.
Responsibilities may include:
• Creating social media and promotional graphics using Canva
• Supporting PowerPoint presentation design and formatting
• Assisting with event materials, signage, and participant resources
• Supporting email and marketing content development
• Helping maintain visual consistency across SHRA and The Breakthrough Collective™ materials
• Providing occasional administrative or event support as needed
Qualifications
• Experience with Canva, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Office
• Strong visual design and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Strong creativity skills, with the ability to ideate and deliver innovative solutions.
- Proficiency in communication and writing with a focus on clarity, collaboration, and storytelling.
- Experience in creative strategy and branding, with an understanding of marketing and organizational culture alignment.
- Strong project management skills to coordinate content development and event support tasks effectively.
- Proficiency with digital tools and platforms for content creation and event coordination.
- Ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment, balancing in-office and remote responsibilities effectively.
- Experience or interest in leadership development, culture transformation, or coaching is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
Compensation
Approximately 8–10 flexible hours per month.
Compensation range: $20–$30/hour based on experience.
