The Role

Responsibilities
Execute buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence.
Analyze financial statements, including cash-basis and incomplete records.
Identify financial risks, trends, and critical deal considerations.
Prepare client deliverables and stakeholder presentations.
Manage multiple fast-paced engagements simultaneously.
Collaborate cross-functionally to support service line growth.
Requirements
Bachelor’s in Accounting or a related field.
Hybrid background in Public Accounting Audit and Corporate/Internal Accounting.
CPA required
Experience with outsourced accounting or CFO services.
Strong proficiency in analyzing messy or incomplete financial data.
