The foundation is already in place: proven SOPs, a disciplined in-home sales process, and a culture built around performance, accountability, and people development.

The Role

This is a hands-on leadership role that includes coaching, developing, and holding a 15 sales team accountable to meaningful performance metrics while also helping shape what this market looks like long-term.

What You'll Own

  • Lead, mentor, coach, and develop a growing team of in-home sales reps
  • Drive performance across key KPIs
  • Expand the team as the market scales
  • Foster a high-energy, high-accountability culture that mirrors what's made the company successful elsewhere

  • Experience scaling teams and hitting aggressive revenue targets
