Senior Accountant - Project & Construction Accounting Fully on site in Everett, WA | Up to $95K DOE

We're recruiting on behalf of a well-established, growth-oriented company operating across multiple states in the environmental and industrial services space. This is a hands-on project accounting role with real ownership, a collaborative leadership team, and a clear path into broader corporate finance.
The Role
Reporting to a long-tenured Controller, you'll own the full accounting cycle with a heavy emphasis on project-based work: WIP schedules, POC revenue recognition, job costing, and multi-entity consolidation. The company runs an established ERP environment (NetSuite experience is a plus) and is actively growing through acquisition, which means varied work and real exposure.

What You Bring:
- Construction or project accounting background — non-negotiable
- Solid WIP and POC revenue recognition experience
- Job costing familiarity in a field-adjacent or project-driven environment
- NetSuite or comparable mid-market ERP experience (preferred)
- Ability and willingness to work fully onsite in Everett, WA
Compensation:
- Up to $90K–$95K DOE in base salary
- 6% 401(k) match
- 21 days PTO
- Occasional travel to California
