Global provider of cold chain packaging solutions is seeking a Sales Manager to drive growth across an West Coast territory. This role will focus on developing new business and expanding existing relationships within pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and life sciences organizations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through close.
- Develop new business opportunities while growing existing customer relationships.
- Build and maintain a healthy pipeline within Salesforce.
- Partner with internal technical teams to deliver customer-specific solutions.
- Travel approximately 50% throughout the territory.
Qualifications
- 5 years of B2B sales experience selling into pharmaceutical, biotech, biopharma, clinical supply, or related life sciences organizations.
- Proven success in a hunter role with responsibility for territory growth and new business development.
- Experience managing complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders.
- Preferred experience in cold chain packaging, temperature-controlled shipping, pharmaceutical logistics, clinical trial supply, life sciences logistics, or related solutions.
