Legal Talent Development Manager

A well-established AmLaw firm is building out a centralized talent development function and is looking an experienced Manager to assist the Director in developing a blueprint that will be used firm wide. In this role, you'll take ownership of training and career-development programming for a specific practice unit. Focused on the small picture while developing scalable policies for expanding the department in the future.

This is a hybrid role, 2-3 days a week onsite in one of the following offices: Chicago, IL; Indianapolis, IN; Madison, WI; Milwaukee, WI; Phoenix, AZ; St. Louis, MO; San Diego, CA; Tampa, FL; or Washington, D.C

Compensation: $135-180K DOE

Responsiblities:

• Building and implementing career development programs and targeted training.
• Supporting mentorship programs including mentoring junior team members.
• Identifying areas of improvement where the talent team can improve in the future as the team expands.

Qualifications:

• 4 years of relevant experience at a law firm working with every experience level from Associate to Partner.
• Bachelors degree required
• Understanding of evolving trends in the legal industry

Salary : $135,000 - $180,000
