This is an opportunity to take full ownership of projects from estimating and preconstruction through closeout while working directly with company leadership in a highly collaborative environment.

Responsibilities
- Manage commercial construction projects from bid award through closeout
- Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, and forecasts
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, suppliers, and field crews
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle
- Oversee contracts, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation
- Monitor project progress and proactively resolve challenges to ensure successful delivery
- Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to quality standards
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and trade partners
Qualifications
- 3 years of commercial construction project management experience
- Proven experience managing commercial projects from preconstruction through completion
- Strong budgeting, scheduling, estimating, and subcontractor management skills
- Excellent communication and client relationship management abilities
- Ability to travel to project sites within approximately one hour of Portland, averaging about 20% of the time
Preferred Experience
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, Project Management, or a related field
- Healthcare or retail construction and buildouts
- Ground-up commercial projects
