Profitable, founder-led B2B SaaS firm for the public sector, looking for a Marketing Operations Manager to own our MarTech stack end to end and keep a CRM genuinely clean.
Not a strategy seat, though it can grow into one. You're inheriting a working engine, and we need someone just as comfortable in the weeds of Salesforce as running a campaign end to end.
What You'll Own
- Salesforce data hygiene: imports, deduplication, segmentation, and an ongoing process to keep it clean
- Multi-channel campaigns, built, launched, and optimized against real performance data
- SEO, retargeting across Google, Meta, and LinkedIn, tracking that works
- Reporting that shows what's working, not just what happened
- Documentation - none of this lives only in your head
What We're Looking For
- 5 to 8 years of hands-on marketing operations or MarTech experience, ideally B2B SaaS
- Real comfort inside a CRM, Salesforce a plus, HubSpot or Marketo fine if it's genuinely technical
- A track record of large-scale data cleanup, not just the theory of it
- Someone who explains technical and data topics clearly to non-technical teammates
Comp & Logistics
- $100,000 to $125,000 base, commensurate with experience, plus medical, dental, vision, 401k, and PTO.
- Fully on-site, five days a week, within a realistic commute.
