Corporate Paralegal
El Segundo, CA | Onsite (90045)
Compensation: Up to $98,000 in base benefits
A well-established Los Angeles-based company is seeking a Corporate Paralegal to support its in-house legal team on a broad range of matters. This is a great opportunity for a sharp, polished legal professional who enjoys variety and wants to work closely with attorneys on both substantive and day-to-day legal support.
What you’ll work on:
- Reviewing, drafting, and revising a variety of agreements and legal documents
- Supporting litigation-related matters and coordinating with outside counsel
- Assisting with legal department administration, matter tracking, and document organization
- Helping support legal needs across multiple business lines and affiliated entities
- Partnering cross-functionally with internal teams on legal and operational matters
What we’re looking for:
- 2 years of paralegal or legal support experience
- Exposure to contracts, litigation documents, and general legal documentation
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
- Professional communication skills and sound judgment with confidential matters
- Bachelor’s degree and/or paralegal certificate preferred
