Title: Accounting Operations Manager
Compensation: Up to $145k in base DOE benefits
Location: 4x a week onsite in the Hawthorne/El Segundo, CA area
Must-Haves
Full-cycle AP(Accounts Payable) ownership (invoice → approvals → coding → payment)
Experience leading an AP/expense/ERP implementation end-to-end
Strong depth in at least 2 of 3:
Cost accounting (standard costing, variances, WIP/BOM)
Inventory accounting (cycle counts, reserves, cutoff, GL recs)
Fixed assets/property (CIP, capex, depreciation, disposals)
Experience building SOPs and internal controls
Advanced Excel (pivots, lookups, reconciliation models)
Manufacturing or inventory-heavy environments strongly preferred.
