Title: Financial Controller
Salary: Up to $170K base salary DOE 15% annual performance bonus comprehensive benefits package
Commute: Full-time, on-site in Carson, CA (5 days/week)
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop accounting teams across multiple brands, fostering a high-performance culture and investing in the growth of direct reports
- Oversee financial consolidation across entities, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and consistency in reporting
- Ensure compliance across all financial operations and reporting requirements
- Partner with senior leadership on strategic financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting
What We're Looking For
- 5 years of experience as a Financial Controller
- 3 years in retail, consumer goods, or food industry
- Demonstrated experience leading and developing teams of direct reports
- Hands-on consolidation experience across multiple brands or business units
- Background managing financial operations within organizations with $250M in annual revenue
