Title: Accounts Payable Manager

What You’ll Own
- Lead and develop an AP team, including coaching, performance management, and daily oversight
- Own end-to-end AP operations: invoice flow, approvals, payment runs, reconciliations, and vendor relationships
- Manage high invoice volume while ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and strong internal controls
- Strengthen vendor master controls, approval workflows, and duplicate payment prevention
- Support audit requests and maintain documentation that keeps reviews running smoothly
- Partner cross-functionally with operations and leadership to resolve vendor and process issues
- Help drive AP automation initiatives (payments, expense, corporate card, workflow tools) over time
- Build SOPs and guide the team through process and systems changes
- Prior AP team management with direct responsibility for people and outcomes
- Strong ownership of payment runs and high-volume AP environments
- Comfort operating within legacy or manual ERP systems while improving processes
- Proven ability to support audits and maintain strong documentation and controls
- Advanced Excel skills (reconciliations, lookups, data cleanup, reporting)
- A hands-on mindset with the ability to operate independently in a lean environment
- Strong communication skills across both frontline staff and leadership
