Term: Full-time/Direct hire
Location: 5 days onsite in San Diego occasional travel
Salary: 70-100k in base DOE OTE/Commission benefits
What You’ll Do:
- Manage and execute the full sales cycle, from lead generation to close
- Build strong, consultative relationships with clients in pharma, biotech, life sciences, and related industries
- Work onsite at the San Diego headquarters with periodic travel to client sites within your territory
- Collaborate with internal technical and product teams to deliver an exceptional client experience
What We’re Looking For:
- 3 years of professional experience in a Sales/Account Executive role, managing full sales cycles in a B2B environment
- Experience selling into pharma, biotech, life sciences, or other regulated industries is required
- Experience selling software or hardware monitoring/visibility solutions is a plus, but not required
- Strong consultative selling and communication skills
- Willingness to travel occasionally to clients within the region
