We are looking for a Professional Office Administrator to join our team!

We are a growing tax-focused accounting firm that services a wonderful roster of individual and business clients throughout West Michigan.
Our offices are located in Grand Rapids, Grand Haven, Muskegon, and Wyoming. The position we are hiring for will be working out of the Grand Haven location.
Responsibilities
Tax season: Monday through Friday, approximately 45 hours weekly (January through April)
Off season: Monday through Friday, 40 hours weekly
Competitive pay based on experience, salaried position

Responsibilities
- Client-focused service - answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, greeting and assisting client walk-ins, handling inbound and outbound office mail, and responding to client requests
- Office workflow - managing the online client portal, collecting payment, and organizing and scanning confidential client documents
- Support team members by assisting with a variety of work-related tasks
- Other administrative tasks, such as mailing documents to clients, printing tax returns, scanning and faxing forms, accounts receivable, and maintaining a clean office atmosphere
- 2 years office experience
- Ability to quickly learn several software programs
- Microsoft Office
- Experience with QuickBooks - preferred, not required
- Associate’s degree or higher level of education
