Strategic Alliances Group, Inc. is seeking to hire a Supply Technician to provide advanced support for supply management operations, including inventory control, storage management, and property accountability. The Supply Technician will ensure the efficient handling, tracking, and documentation of materials in accordance with established supply procedures and contractual requirements.
Position Description and Responsibilities:
The Supply Technician provides advanced support for supply management operations, including inventory control, storage management, and property accountability. This role performs technical supply functions across depot, local, or other supply activities, ensuring the efficient handling and tracking of materials. The Supply Technician applies in-depth knowledge of supply systems, policies, and procedures to maintain accurate records and support operational readiness.
· Perform inventory control, stock management, and material tracking activities
· Support storage management and ensure proper organization and handling of supplies
· Assist with cataloging, property accountability, and utilization of materials
· Maintain and update records within supply management systems
· Ensure compliance with governing supply systems, policies, and procedures
· Support audits, inspections, and reconciliation of inventory records
· Coordinate with team members to support supply and logistics operations
Required Qualifications and Experience
1. High school diploma, vocational school degree, or GED certificate
2. Minimum of four (4) years of experience in technical supply management (inventory, storage, cataloging, and property utilization)
3. Strong working knowledge of supply systems, programs, policies, nomenclature, and procedures
4. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications in Addition to Required Experience
1. Experience supporting DoD, NAVSEA, or similar federal supply environments
2. Familiarity with logistics and inventory management systems
Ability to support multiple tasks and priorities in a dynamic environment
Pay: $26.73 - $32.19 per hour
