Our Burlington, MA-based marketing and sales firm, is seeking a motivated, enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Sales Trainee. This is a full-time, entry-level position with comprehensive paid training, making it an excellent opportunity for recent graduates, career changers, or anyone looking to build a long-term career in sales and marketing.
We partner with nationally recognized brands to increase their visibility and strengthen customer relationships in leading retail locations. As a Sales Trainee, you'll receive hands-on training while developing your communication, sales, and leadership skills in a collaborative team environment. In this role, you'll engage with customers, educate them on products and promotions, provide excellent customer service, and support customer acquisition and brand awareness initiatives. You'll also participate in ongoing training, work closely with your team and leadership, and gain the experience needed to grow within the organization.
What You'll Do
- Represent nationally recognized brands in leading retail locations
- Engage with customers, educate them on products and promotions, and provide exceptional customer service
- Build positive customer relationships while supporting brand awareness and customer acquisition
- Participate in ongoing sales, marketing, and leadership training
- Collaborate with your team to achieve daily goals and contribute to campaign success
- Attend team meetings daily and collaborate with leadership
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent required - College coursework or a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is a plus, but not required
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Comfortable working in a team-oriented environment
- Reliable transportation to retail partner locations
- Must be at least 18 years of age
