Entry-Level Marketing and Sales

We are a locally based marketing and sales company located in Burlington, MA, dedicated to helping our clients connect with customers through personalized, face-to-face interactions. This is a full-time, in-person position that involves working directly with customers in a retail setting to promote products and services on behalf of our clients. Our team is passionate about delivering great service, building strong relationships, and driving meaningful results.

Responsibilities:

• Interact with customers in a retail environment to explain products and services
• Communicate product benefits clearly and answer customer questions
• Assist customers with product selection based on their needs
• Collaborate with team members and managers to achieve sales goals
• Provide feedback and customer insights to internal departments

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework or degree in business, marketing, or communications preferred
• Customer service or sales experience is a plus, but not required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work well as part of a team and independently
• Professional attitude and a positive mindset
• Immediate availability preferred
