Contract, Clinical Trial Associate
Our Waltham based client is seeking a Contract Clinical Trial Associate to support Clinical Operations in ensuring delegated trial activities are executed to expected quality standards. This role is largely self‑directed, with guidance from senior staff and collaboration across functions.
Key Responsibilitie
- sStudy team coordination including agendas and meeting minutes for cross‑functional meeting
- sSupport site start‑up activitie
- sManage ancillary vendors as assigne
- dParticipate in and present at Investigator Meeting
- sTrack Form 1572 submissions and liaise with Regulatory for IND‑related document
- sFile and QC essential documents in the Trial Master Fil
- eAssist with informed consent templates, study manuals, and other study document
- sContribute to review of protocols, IBs, and CSR
- sPerform sample managemen
- tMaintain study trackers, tools, and operational documentatio
- nAdditional clinical operations tasks as assigne

Required Qualificatio
- nsBachelor’s or Master’s degree with 1–3 years of relevant experience in pharma, academia, or a C
- ROWorking knowledge of ICH Guidelines, GCP, and regulatory expectatio
