Remote Administrative Data Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently for a wide range of projects.

- Collaborate with team members to ensure all data is organized and up-to-date.

- Create and maintain databases to ensure data accuracy and accessibility.

- Perform data validation and quality checks to ensure data integrity.

- Assist with data analysis and reporting as directed by the team.

- Respond promptly and courteously to data-related inquiries from team members.

- Follow established data management policies and procedures.

- Support administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing documents.

- Manage and organize electronic and physical files to ensure accessibility and confidentiality.

- Proactively identify and suggest improvements for data management processes.

- Support other team members with ad-hoc tasks and projects as needed.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, computer science, or a related field.

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a tech or software company.

- Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.

- Proficient in data entry and familiar with data management processes.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with data analysis tools is a plus.

- Strong work ethic and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
