Job Requirements: * Thorough knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations (DFAR), and related federal and state legislation and regulations. * Manages Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) compliant contracts/subcontracts with multiple contract types of Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee (CPFF), Time and Material (T&M), and Firm Fixed Price(FFP). * Effectively manage the contract and terms of conditions to ensure work is performed to the overall scope * Preparing Cost proposals including both price calculations and narrative. * Assist in the preparation, transmission, and monitoring of correspondence relating to contractual obligations, ensure completion and maintenance of contract files, and respond timely to all contractual reporting requirements. * Manage a variety of contracts and subcontracts in accordance with company procedures, applicable laws, and government requirements. * Receive proposal requests from customers. Establish a schedule for bid/no-bid decision inputs. Collect, organize and present bid/no-bid decision data to management. Transfer quotes to bid to the Proposal Analyst for proposal development. Submit final proposal responses to customers. * Preparing and disseminating information regarding contracts status; reviewing contractual obligations; identifying risks and problems, and proposing solutions; and reporting to project teams, accounting staff, and management. * Execute Contract Closeout. * Establish and maintain complete, well-organized contact files. Qualifications Required: * Experience with Deltek Costpoint desired. * Must have strong computer skills including experience with Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel. * Ability to work independently and to operate as part of a highly functioning team. * GSA schedule administration. Minimum Education/Experience: * Bachelor's Degree in Business/Contract Management or related field. * A minimum of 10 years of related experience in Government Contracting is required. * Experience managing proposal processes and procedures. * Familiarity with Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee(CPFF), Time and Material(T&M), and Firm Fixed Price(FFP) contract/subcontract types.
