What you’ll do
Manage commercial projects from preconstruction through closeout.
Own budgets, schedules, contracts and change orders.
Lead owner, architect and subcontractor relationships.
Work with superintendents on quality and safety.
What you bring
5 years as a PM with a commercial GC.
A record of delivering $5M–$50M projects.
Experience in data centers, healthcare or K-12 is a plus.
Procore and scheduling software experience.
