The Sr. Manager, Permitting is responsible for planning and overseeing discretionary land use and natural resources
permitting for utility-scale solar and battery energy storage system projects (PV, hybrid, and standalone storage). This
position works in close coordination with various other cross-functional teams including Development, Origination,
Engineering, Transmission & Interconnection, Capital Markets, Execution, EPC, and Asset Management. The Sr.
Manager, Permitting oversees natural resources surveys, preparation of land use and other permit applications,
environmental reports and processes, and the preparation of technical studies and reports in compliance with local, state,
and federal regulations for utility-scale solar and energy storage projects. The Sr. Manager, Permitting, will work in close
coordination with the lead project developer and other members of the project team to help them understand the practical
implications of necessary approvals as well as proposed permitting strategies.
