Key Responsibilities
Front Desk Ownership & Presence
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employees, visitors, vendors, and candidates
- Maintain a consistent, professional, and welcoming front desk presence throughout the day
- Monitor access to the office, verify visitors, and confidently address unfamiliar or unauthorized individuals
- Manage visitor check-in, registration, and direction within the office
- Support VIP guest and candidate arrivals to ensure a seamless experience
- Answer and direct incoming calls
- Stock and maintain break rooms and shared spaces
- Maintain conference rooms to ensure they are clean, organized, and ready for use
- Support office supply inventory and ordering
- Assist with general office organization and upkeep
- Support HR team with administrative and operational tasks as needed
- Assist with basic reporting or data tracking as assigned
- Provide backup support for travel coordination when needed
- Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
- 2 years of experience in a corporate or customer-facing role
- Strong professional presence and communication skills
- High level of reliability and consistency
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Comfortable using judgment and handling sensitive situations
- Ability to confidently and professionally address unfamiliar or unexpected situations at the front desk
- Highly computer savvy with ability to learn new systems quickly
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
