Provides technical support to field teams, manages preventative maintenance (PM) scheduling, partners with vendors on enhancements and issue resolution, and maintains reporting, access, and training content to support consistent operations.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Assists in the administration and maintain CMMS platforms, primarily Softwrench and Maximo,
- Create and maintain the preventive maintenance (PM) schedules.
- Partners with vendor contacts on ongoing development, troubleshooting, and bug resolution.
- Provide CMMS user support for field personnel, including technicians, supervisors, and managers.
- Resolve internal IT support tickets, primarily related to CMMS issues.
- Maintain and update system configurations as internal roles and responsibilities change.
- Monitor and review work orders (WOs) using Power BI dashboards and reports; identify trends and support follow-up as needed.
- Create, review, and update internal policies and procedures
- Complete assigned tasks related to site onboarding.
- Grant and manage access for new and existing personnel to SSS-specific SharePoint/Teams folders and email groups based on business needs.
- Manage submission of subcontract and purchase requests by ensuring proper compliance with Strata Solar Services procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
- Minimum: 2-year degree or 3 years of work experience in a related field.
- Experience in business operations within a field service organization.
- CMMS experience preferred.
- Proficiency with Viewpoint and/or Microsoft Dynamics, and Microsoft Excel.
- Proficiency with computers and software applications to include but not limited to MS Office Suite, file sharing systems, accounting software systems, and Computerized Maintenance Management Systems.
- Good presentation, reporting and collaboration skills.
- Self-starter with ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented and strong organizational skills.
- Proven ability to maintain good working relationships with colleagues.
- Punctual and reliable.
