About the Role
We are seeking a Litigation Associate to join our Boston office. In this role, you will be immersed in the various stages of litigation, from pleadings and discovery to motion practice, mediation, and trial. You will have meaningful responsibility early on, direct client contact, and the opportunity to shape case strategy. We offer substantive, hands-on experience, mentorship and growth. Responsibilities
● Represent clients in construction, business, and commercial disputes.
● Draft pleadings, motions, discovery responses, and briefs.
● Manage case files and deadlines with autonomy.
● Collaborate with partners and clients to develop effective legal strategies.
● Participate in depositions, hearings, and settlement negotiations.
● Engage in trial and post-trial advocacy.
Requirements
● Admission to the Massachusetts Bar (required).
● Five years’ experience practicing in litigation (please do not apply with less).
● Meaningful courtroom experience.
● Experience taking and defending depositions.
● Excellent legal writing, research, and advocacy skills.
● A proactive, collaborative attitude and a desire to grow with the firm.
