Requirements/Responsibilities
Dining Room Manager / Floor Manager Responsibilities & Requirements:
* Assumes 100% responsibility for the quality of the customer experience
* Assumes 100% responsibility of coaching all FOH staff
* Develop & introduce beverage ideas, recipes and menu items
* Ensure high level of health, safety and alcohol control at all times throughout all bar areas
* Inventory control and ordering alcohol, other drinks products and supplies
* Work Scheduling
* Trained to operate all P.O.S. functions
* High School diploma, College degree preferred, but not necessary
* Experience of 2 years or more in a similar position
* Trained in customer service, labor scheduling, inventories, cost controls and employee training
* Able to stand for up to 10 hours
* Available to work 50-55 hours a week
* Able to lift 50 pounds
* Command of the English language
* Basic computer skills
* Strong people skills
