We are seeking a dedicated and patient-focused Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our growing dental team. This is a full-time opportunity offering a consistent 4-day workweek, allowing for strong work-life balance while delivering high-quality patient care.
Compensation
$42–$52 per hour (based on experience)
Schedule
Monday through Thursday
7:30 AM – 5:20 PM
Requirements
Active Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license in the state
Current CPR/BLS certification
Strong understanding of infection control and sterilization protocols
Excellent communication and patient care skills
Responsibilities
Perform dental cleanings, scaling, and root planing
Take digital radiographs (X-rays) as needed
Conduct periodontal charting and oral health assessments
Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care
Maintain accurate patient records
Ensure compliance with OSHA and state dental board regulations
Collaborate with dentists and team members to deliver exceptional care
