What You'll Do
- Greet customers and create a welcoming, positive experience from start to finish
- Educate customers on cannabis products, strains, and consumption methods (training provided)
- Assist with product selection based on customer needs and preferences
- Accurately process transactions using our POS system
- Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant sales floor
- Support the team with opening/closing duties and daily operations
What We're Looking For
- Friendly, outgoing personality with strong communication skills
- Passion for cannabis and willingness to learn
- Ability to stay calm, professional, and efficient during busy times
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable standing for long periods and lifting up to 25 lbs
- Must be at least 21 years old and able to meet state cannabis employment requirements
Bonus Points If You Have
- Previous retail, hospitality, or customer service experience
- Dispensary or cannabis industry experience
- Knowledge of cannabis products, terpenes, and consumption methods
