Duties
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits.
- Maintain an organized and well-stocked sales display, ensuring all products and services are represented well.
- Assist in providing guidance and support to customers and key stakeholders as needed.
- Utilize retail math skills to manage inventory levels and make competitive product comparisons efficiently.
- Collaborate with team members and managers to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Provide feedback to management on customer preferences and trends to help improve product and service offerings.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail sales or a similar role is preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively.
- Ability to perform product demos confidently to inform customers about features and benefits.
- Knowledge of retail store operations is beneficial but not required.
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn are essential for success in this role.
