Pavement Marking / Line Striping Technician
SLS is one of Delaware’s premier line striping companies, specializing in parking lot striping and DelDOT services. We are a growing company looking for motivated individuals to join our team and build a long-term career with us.
What You’ll Do
- Perform parking lot and roadway line striping
- Apply epoxy long-line striping
- Install thermoplastic short-line striping
- Install rumble strips
- Perform other pavement-marking and DelDOT-related services
- Operate equipment and tools used for pavement marking
- Maintain a safe, clean, and professional work environment
- Work as part of a team to complete projects efficiently and accurately

- Ability to work as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Willingness to learn new skills and operate specialized equipment
- Previous striping, pavement-marking, construction, or road-work experience is a plus
