We are seeking an experienced, motivated and detail-oriented Painter to join our team. Responsibilities
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, scraping, and applying primer to ensure optimal paint adhesion.
- Apply paints, stains, varnishes, and other finishes using hand tools such as brushes, rollers, spray guns (including airless paint spraying), and power tools.
- Perform construction painting tasks across various environments including residential homes, commercial buildings, and industrial facilities.
- Execute plastering, caulking, trim carpentry, stucco application, masonry work, and concrete finishing as needed for comprehensive renovation projects.
- Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools and disposing of waste materials safely while adhering to safety protocols.
Requirements
- Proven experience in construction painting with a strong understanding of residential and commercial painting techniques.
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, scaffolding, ladders, and industrial equipment used in construction painting.
- Experience with surface preparation including plastering, caulking, trim carpentry, stucco application, masonry, and restoration work.
- Construction site experience demonstrating safety awareness and ability to work efficiently in dynamic environments.
Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
