Responsibilities

- Assess student progress through standardized testing, formative assessments, and ongoing observations; adjust instruction accordingly.
- Provide tutoring and additional support for students requiring extra help in areas like literacy education, math, or special education needs.
- Collaborate with colleagues on curriculum development, school initiatives, and extracurricular activities such as physical education or library services.
- Mentor students to foster social-emotional development, including working with children with autism or those in early intervention programs.
- Maintain accurate records of student performance and communicate regularly with parents or guardians regarding progress and concerns.
