What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front of House Supervisor position at Strafford Farms Restaurant?
We are a family owned and operated restaurant, now into our 4th generation, serving breakfast, lunch and dinner, currently 6 days a week. We offer our main dining room, The Loft, a casual pub atmosphere, and The Back 40 Grille, casual counter service.
The Front of House Supervisor is responsible for the following for the main dining room and The Loft, while working with the General Manger:
- training and scheduling all front of house staff
- managing and assisting front of house staff to provide great customer service
- assisting with social media postings, etc
- developing and conducting sales contests for staff
- planning, organizing and staffing in house functions
- planning special events and parties
-working part time as a server or bartender as the schedule needs
We are looking for a supervisor who is happy and friendly and will work well with our customers and our experienced and new staff to encourage a fun and friendly work environment. We would like a minimum of 2 years experience with customer service and prefer some supervisor experience.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
