JOB DESCRIPTION
Aldrnari Bakery is seeking reliable and motivated baristas that are passionate about quality baked goods and coffee to join our team for a part-time barista/FOH position.
Key responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional in-store customer service to ensure a positive guest experience.
- Stay informed about our products and offerings
- Operate the register and assist customers with purchases and inquiries.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in accordance with health and safety standards.
- Perform opening and closing duties (depending on scheduled shifts).
- Keep products stocked.
- Prepare hot and cold beverages with consistency and care.
- Assemble and wrap sandwiches.
What we are looking for:
- Individuals comfortable with the responsibilities listed above.
- Baristas with experience operating espresso machines.
- A love for high quality coffee, artisanal baked goods, local ingredients, and a good playlist.
- Punctuality, reliability, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, small team setting.
- Part to full time availability during our open hours (Wed-Sun, 7:30am-2pm) plus/minus time for opening and closing.
- Saturday availability. Additional weekday shifts available.
