The HVAC Field Supervisor interacts & supports the administrative functions for the Retail Managers & Technicians in the field.
Supervisory Responsibilities
- Responsible for overseeing all install crews.
- Schedule Quality Assurance visits.
- Enters weekly time sheet summaries in Service Titan.
- Schedules follow up activities.
- Tracks vehicle maintenance logs and truck stock
- Assists with property management quotes and follow ups.
- Assists with Afterhours calls for nights and weekends.
- Assists with retail manager in providing training for installers.
- Assist with technician’s payroll.
- Other duties as assigned by management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Working knowledge of service titan
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organization skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to make sound judgements relative to inventory.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 5 years retail install experience required.
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
