StraCon Services Group, LLC is seeking a Program Analyst, Journeyman to support our NAVAIR customer at Patuxent River, MD. The ideal candidate will bring a strong analytical mindset and the ability to effectively evaluate and support program requirements, status tracking, budgeting, and scheduling. The Program Analyst will play a key role in coordinating data-driven efforts and ensuring adherence to government processes and standards. The Program Analyst, Journeyman will be responsible for but no limited to the following requirements.

The estimated base salary range for this position is between $70,000.00 - $110,000.00. The offered rate will be based on the selected candidates level of knowledge, education, experience and skill sets. Essential Job Duties:
- Applies analytic techniques in the evaluation of program/project objectives and risk.
- Analyzes requirements, status, budget, and schedules and risk.
- Performs management, technical, or business case analyses.
- Collects, completes, organizes, and interprets data relating to aircraft/weapon/project acquisition and product program risk.
- Tracks program/project status and schedules.
- Applies government-instituted processes for documentation, change control management and data management.

- A minimum of 3-10 years of professional experience with the job duties listed above.
- Experience and working knowledge of AMS suite of tools, i.e. PMT, CSPT, CDRL.
- Contracts understanding CLINs, CDRLs, & SOW, PIDs, Funding, Budgeting, and Spend Plan documentation management and execution
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- High-level communicator with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and capable of working independently or in a team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Experience with SharePoint and MS TEAMS.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Allowable Substitution:
- Associate’s Degree plus two (2) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Bachelor’s Degree.
- Four (4) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Bachelor’s Degree.
- U.S. Citizenship required.
- Must be able obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.
