Integrated Program Solutions, Inc.* is seeking to hire a full-time Program Analyst, Journeyman *with a logistics background at Patuxent River, MD. Selected candidate will possess strong attention to detail, professional communication skills, self-motivation, and a commitment to excellence.
Duties and Responsibilities:
The candidate will support sustainment efforts by performing coordination and inventory management duties, tracking and monitoring Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs), and coordinating Fleet Support Representative (FSR) activities and hardware deliveries. The candidate will work with and across multiple IPTs and stakeholders to ensure proper requirements and support are in place for sustainment and fleet efforts.
- Utilize business and technical methodologies to provide life cycle management support for hardware and software procurements and support.
- Monitor and report status to IPT and Program Leadership on procurement actions, including cost, schedule, and technical challenges.
- Engage with a diverse range of governmental and non-governmental stakeholders to ensure a coordinated approach to identified actions.
- Perform detailed data documentation, analysis, and reporting.
- Support briefs, point papers, and correspondence for internal and external communication.
- Coordinate, track, and monitor Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs).
- Support programmatic data calls as required.
- Analyze and understand requirements, schedules, status, and budget.
- Collect, complete, organize, and interpret data relating to aircraft/weapon/project acquisition and product programs.
Education:
BS or BA degree and an additional four (4) years of experience OR an additional six (6) years of experience may be substituted for a BS or BA degree.
Education Substitutions:
Associate’s degree plus two (2) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree OR four (4) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree.
Desired Experience:
- Logistics and Life Cycle Management experience.
- Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Office products.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
- Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work both independently and within a team environment.
- Capacity to learn new processes and provide constructive feedback for process improvement opportunities.
Security Clearance:
Due to the requirements of this contract, U.S. Citizenship and the ability to obtain a Secret clearance is required. Active Security Clearance is preferred.
