What You’ll Do
- Safely dismantle passenger vehicles to recover reusable parts and cores.
- Use your automotive knowledge and tools to remove parts efficiently while protecting their condition.
- Follow workplace safety and environmental procedures.
- Maintain a clean, organized work area.
- Work toward production and quality goals while supporting your teammates.
What We’re Looking For
- Automotive work experience and your own tools are required.
- Strong mechanical ability and attention to detail.
- Ability to perform the physical duties of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation.
- An organized, dependable approach to work.
- A positive attitude and the ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment.
Candidates with automotive experience who currently work in other hands-on industries are encouraged to apply.
Pay and Benefits
Starting base pay is $15.00–$20.00 per hour, depending on experience and tools, plus a production incentive program that rewards your productivity.
