What You’ll Do
- Input accounts payable for multiple properties and help resolve invoice discrepancies
- Communicate with vendors and property teams regarding invoices and payment issues
- Assist with administrative accounting tasks such as scanning, filing, and data entry
- Track down missing invoices by coordinating with vendors
- Support month-end and year-end audit preparation and file organization
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports as needed
- Assist team members with spreadsheets and other accounting-related tasks
- Protect confidential information and ensure compliance with company policies
- Take on additional duties as needed to support the accounting team
What You’ll Bring
- 2 years of experience
- Strong organizational skills, especially with digital file management and folder structures
- Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information
- Strong attention to detail and a process-driven mindset
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and ability to collaborate with all levels of the organization
- Willingness to learn, accept feedback, and continuously improve
Compensation & Benefits
- $20-$21.00 per hour
