What You’ll Do
- Prepare financial statement packages for a portfolio of properties
- Post journal entries to accurately document transactions
- Perform bank reconciliations
- Manage full-cycle bookkeeping (from AP through financial statements)
- Maintain financial trackers and prepare cash flow reports for property owners
- Partner with Regional Managers, Operations, and property owners on financial data and special reporting requests
- Take on additional accounting tasks as needed
What You’ll Bring
- 2 years of Property Management accounting experience
- Strong knowledge of accounting processes (U.S. GAAP and cash basis)
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Experience with accounting softwareand Yardi is required. Entrata experience preferred.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills—you thrive under deadlines
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams
- Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to accuracy and excellence
Compensation & Benefits
- $25.00 – $27.50 per hour, depending on experience
