Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- ·Create PMs in CMMS system
- Coordinate and track Preventative Maintenance for equipment
- Coordinate and manage repairs to equipment using internal and contracted resources
- Obtain quotes for repairs
- Order parts and other items as needed\
- Schedule repairs
- Review invoices and attach to asset history
- Communicate with various departments regarding equipment needs
- Assist with developing replacement equipment plan
- Perform audits of equipment
- Assist in cost reduction efforts for the fleet
- Utilize various computer software for Purchase order entry, service ticket management, Forklift utilization, etc
Qualifications
- Education: High School degree or GED equivalent
- Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
- Values a diverse and inclusive work environment
- Prior experience in Fleet Management
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) and strong internet skills
- Effective communication skills, verbal and written
- Ability to prioritize, multitask, and manage time effectively
- Mechanical understanding/background
