Senior Enrolled Agent

Responsibilities And Duties

• Prepare and review individual tax returns
• Collaborate with clients and team members on income tax preparation and planning
• Work closely with clients to ensure performance of tax planning
• Final review of completed tax returns/forms, suggest necessary edits to team members prior to completion
• Research and resolve tax and accounting issues as needed
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through ongoing communication, exceptional service, and effective collaboration with other financial professionals
• Represent and assist clients with IRS, state and other governmental requests as needed
• Ensure policies and procedures are in compliance with professional standards, state, and federal regulatory requirements

Qualifications

• 5 years of tax preparation and tax filing experience, with an emphasis on individual tax returns is preferred
• 1 year of final tax return sign-off experience
• EA Certification / Designation.
• Tax software experience
• MS Word and MS Excel experience
  
  

Compensation & Benefits

• $70,000 - $100,000 base annual salary
