To support this expansion, we are bringing workshop mailer printing and mailing in-house, giving us greater control over quality, timelines, and execution while creating opportunities to test, refine, and scale our campaigns more effectively.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a Junior Print and Mail Production Specialist to assist with the hands-on production and mailing of marketing mailers that support our workshop program. This execution-focused role is responsible for helping to produce high-volume workshop mailers from start to finish, including printing and assembling materials, preparing mailings for shipment, delivering mail to post office locations, and ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timely execution across campaigns.

Core Job Duties:
Mailer Printing and Production
- Print and assemble high-volume marketing mailers for recurring workshop campaigns
- Prepare mailer variations to support testing and campaign optimization
- Operate and maintain printing and mail production equipment
- Ensure all mailers meet quality and formatting standards before mailing
Mailing and Distribution
- Prepare outgoing mail in compliance with USPS standards
- Manage postage, labeling, and mailing requirements
- Coordinate mail drops to align with workshop schedules
- Track mailed campaigns and confirm completion
Production Scheduling and Workflow
- Receive campaign schedules and production requests from internal teams
- Monitor work in progress and adjust as needed to stay on schedule
- Identify and resolve production issues quickly
Quality Control
- Perform quality checks to ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness
- Minimize rework and mailing errors
- Maintain clear production standards across campaigns
Equipment, Supplies, and Process Support
- Flag equipment issues and coordinate maintenance as needed
- Follow established print and mail procedures
- Suggest improvements for efficiency and reliability

Compensation & Benefits:
