Responsibilities
- Represent and sell products and/or services to existing and new customers in the market area
- Seek to engage with customers, build rapport understand their needs, and offer solutions
- Provide robust customer service with a positive attitude to ensure the highest customer satisfaction
- Customer service may include assisting with on-site machine setup and training customers
- Work as a team player willing to help in any area of the store, between departments, as needed

- Multi-tasking effectively is a must as well as staying organized and able to operate under stress
- Comfortable using Word and Excel
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Long hours may be required to maximize sales and achieve/surpass annual sales goals
- Pulling a trailer and hauling equipment
- Must have and maintain a clean driving record
- 1-3 yearsof Customer Service, with experience selling parts and service department services
- CDL driver's license
- Sales experience
Education
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- 2-Year Degree, such as an Associate of Applied Science, preferred
- Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, kneel, climb, and reach as needed
- Use of hands for tools, computer, and phone use
- Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 lbs.
- Close vision required for reading
- Sufficient hearing for communication in person and over the phone in active work environments
