About The Role
As a Trust & Safety Analyst, you’ll work collaboratively across Operations, Legal, and Product teams to uphold the platform’s rules and ensure a safe and positive experience for all users. You’ll investigate suspicious activity, moderate content, handle privacy and account concerns, and maintain internal documentation and workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and moderate user-generated content to ensure compliance with company guidelines.
- Investigate fraudulent activity, scams, chargebacks, and intellectual property complaints.
- Communicate directly with users regarding account or policy issues.
- Use data tools and dashboards to identify suspicious or high-risk activity.
- Collaborate with Legal and Payments teams to resolve escalations.
- Contribute to policy documentation, process improvements, and cross-functional updates.
- Bachelor’s degree or 3 years of Trust & Safety experience.
- Strong communication, judgement, and decision-making skills.
- Comfortable working with sensitive material and handling confidential data.
- Familiar with queue-based workflows and tools such as Zendesk, JIRA, or Looker.
- Highly organised with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Experience with fraud detection, policy enforcement, or intellectual property is a plus.
- £50,000 annual salary
