You’ll translate user needs into clean, thoughtful designs and collaborate closely with engineering, product, and AI partners.
What You Will Do
- Lead feature design from early concepts to polished prototypes
- Create intuitive interfaces and interactions for complex problem spaces
- Work closely with engineers, PMs, and AI researchers to ensure high quality execution
- Evolve and maintain the design system as the product grows
- Contribute to a strong design culture and help shape the team
- 5 years of product design experience across Web and Mobile
- Strong visual, UI, and interaction skills
- A portfolio that shows high quality work delivered in fast paced environments
- Strength in breaking down complex problems into simple, elegant solutions
- Ability to communicate ideas clearly through visuals and prototypes
- Experience building or contributing to design systems
- Comfortable working in ambiguity and iterating quickly
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Bonus: brand, motion, typography, or print experience
