Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Johnson City, TN. - Demonstrated experience in caregiving, senior care, or customer service
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with residents, families, and team members
- Ability to manage tasks efficiently, adapt to changing priorities, and maintain attention to detail
- Commitment to creating a warm and welcoming environment for residents and visitors
- Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges
- Knowledge or certification in senior care, first aid, or relevant health disciplines is a plus
