About the Role
StoryPath is a founder-led technology company building the next generation of interactive storytelling and engagement platforms. We operate with a small team of high-performers who move fast, think big, and hold each other to a high standard.
We are looking for an exceptional Executive Assistant to support our CEO and COO directly, with additional support extended to a small senior leadership team of three to five people as directed by the principals. This is not a traditional EA role. You will be a trusted operator, embedded in the rhythm of the business, who makes sure that the leaders you support can operate at their highest level without friction.
The right person for this role takes ownership. They anticipate problems before they happen, communicate proactively, and treat confidentiality as a core value. They thrive in ambiguity, adapt quickly, and bring a calm, professional presence to every situation.
What Success Looks Like
Within your first 90 days, you will have full ownership of both executive calendars, be integrated into our leadership meeting cadence, and have established your own systems for tracking action items and follow-ups. You will be drafting and sending correspondence on behalf of leadership with confidence, and the CEO and COO will feel a measurable reduction in the operational friction that pulls them away from their highest-value work.
Location
Our offices are located at The Village at Meridian, one of the premier mixed-use destinations in the Treasure Valley. This is a fully in-person role, five days a week. Remote or hybrid arrangements are not available for this position.
What You'll Do
Executive & Calendar Management
- Own and manage complex, ever-changing calendars for the CEO and COO across multiple platforms, prioritizing ruthlessly and protecting their time
- Coordinate and prepare for leadership meetings, including setting agendas, capturing detailed notes, and tracking action items to completion
- Follow up with team members and hold people accountable to deadlines assigned in meetings
- Manage high-volume, high-priority email correspondence and communications on behalf of leadership
- Coordinate domestic and international travel, including logistics, itineraries, and on-the-fly changes
Operational Support
- Serve as a liaison between the CEO/COO and internal teams, vendors, clients, and external partners
- Attend leadership meetings as a participating member, ensuring accurate documentation and clear distribution of next steps
- Manage special projects and strategic initiatives as assigned by the principals
- Maintain confidential files, records, and sensitive information with absolute discretion
- Support office operations, vendor relationships, and event coordination as needed
Personal & Executive Coordination
Given the founder-led nature of our business, there are occasional personal and executive coordination needs that fall within the scope of this role. These may include:
- Scheduling and coordinating personal appointments, vendor meetings, or household logistics
- Serving as a point of coordination for personal scheduling when it intersects with business obligations
- Managing personal errands or time-sensitive tasks on an as-needed basis
This is a natural part of supporting senior executives in a founder-led business and will be handled with the same professionalism and discretion as all other responsibilities.
What We're Looking For
- 7 years of professional experience with substantial time in a dedicated Executive Assistant role supporting senior executives. This is not a position for someone stepping into an EA capacity for the first time. We are looking for someone who has done this work at a high level and knows exactly what it demands
- Written communication skills that are genuinely exceptional. You will draft and send correspondence on behalf of senior leadership without a review layer, and it must be right every time. Flawless grammar, precise word economy, and a professional tone are non-negotiable. Strong writers who have learned to leverage AI writing tools to elevate their output even further are exactly who we are looking for
- Fluency with AI productivity tools. We expect this EA to use AI to draft, refine, and deliver communications at the highest standard. This is not optional and not a future skill. It is how top performers operate today
- Native Mac user. Full fluency in the Apple ecosystem is required. Willingness to learn is not sufficient for this role
- Mastery of calendar and communication platforms including Google Workspace, Outlook, and similar tools
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple high-priority workstreams simultaneously without losing a single detail
- Proactive by nature. You do not wait to be asked. You anticipate, prepare, and execute before the need is voiced
- Proven ability to maintain absolute discretion and confidentiality at the highest level
- Calm under pressure, adaptable, and professional in every setting
- Comfortable in a values-driven environment where our founder's values are informed by their faith, which shows up in how we treat people, not as a requirement or expectation of anyone on the team
What We Offer
- Competitive base salary of $90,000 to $115,000 depending on experience
- Equity in the company, because we want you invested in where we are going
- Full medical, dental, and vision coverage for you and your entire family, covered 100% by the company. This is not a contribution. This is full coverage with zero out-of-pocket premiums
- A genuine investment in your professional growth. We cover courses, conferences, seminars, and coaching that make you better at what you do
- A people-first culture where leadership actually cares about you as a person, not just as a contributor
- A seat at the table in a growing technology company where your work is visible and your contributions matter
- A beautiful, modern office at The Village at Meridian
- The opportunity to grow with the business as we scale
If you are the kind of person who takes pride in making exceptional leaders even more effective, and you want to do it in an environment that values excellence, trust, and getting things done, we want to hear from you.
