What You'll Do
- Teach engaging Story Time Chess lessons in schools and community programs.
- Recruit, train, and mentor tutors in the Orlando market.
- Observe and coach tutors to ensure quality and consistency.
- Manage tutor scheduling, reporting, and lesson delivery.
- Be the brand ambassador with schools, parents, and the community.
- Help grow our Orlando presence by building strong relationships and creating opportunities.
- Experience teaching or working with children ages 3–8.
- A natural storyteller with strong classroom presence.
- Familiarity with chess fundamentals (you don't need to be a grandmaster—just know the rules).
- Leadership or training experience (bonus if you've led a team before).
- High-energy, positive, and aligned with our mission: making learning joyful, memorable, and impactful.
- Full-time salary: $40,000 – $50,000.
