Your Mission
- Manage the entire inbound lead flow from acquisition to conversion.
- Create and run targeted, high-conversion campaigns (email, SMS, push) to keep leads engaged and drive repeat conversions.
- Segment and automate communication flows for maximum performance.
- Track results and continuously optimize campaigns through A/B testing and data insights.
What We’re Looking For
- 3 years in retention marketing, CRM, or lifecycle marketing.
- Proven experience driving repeat engagement and lead reactivation.
- Strong conversion-focused copywriting skills.
- Hands-on with tools like:
- Klaviyo, Braze, ActiveCampaign, SendGrid
- Twilio, Attentive, Postscript
- OneSignal, Airship, MoEngage
- Skilled in A/B testing, list cleaning (NeverBounce, ZeroBounce), and deliverability tools (Litmus, Email on Acid).
- Proficient in analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Looker Studio, in-platform dashboards).
- Solid understanding of CAN-SPAM, TCPA, GDPR compliance.
